I like the team-work involved with this position. Family-like atmosphere also adds to the experience working in retail, which could be very stressful.

I wish there are more opportunities to move up in the organization, possibly take internships in the corporate office.

Make as many connections as possible, and ask questions, no matter how uninformed they may sound.
