Candidates Will:
- Partner with founders and executives to:
- Drive projects related to specific department goals
- Adequately understand their responsibilities in order to prioritize their schedule
- Create organizational efficiencies at multiple levels
- Provide world class client service an/or client experiences to both partners and external constituents.
- Work on projects that advance the goals of the team and firm.
Requirements:
- You have a passion for operations and support, and work proactively to understand and address a team’s goals
- High degree of organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines and maintain high quality work
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments in parallel
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality on all business matters
- You have the poise, polish, organization and communication skills needed to provide top-notch support

- You have a Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record
