B2B Sales Training Program

We are seeking entry-level candidates who would like to build a career in sophisticated B2B sales in the following sectors: employee benefits and human resources; healthcare; corporate legal; and institutional investments. 

Training Program Overview:

The successful candidate will go through a one-year paid training program working directly with one of the firm’s partners who will develop the core skills required to succeed. The candidate will be taught to research potential targets and engage with senior executives in a consultative, strategic and sophisticated business conversation to explain and sell our innovative solutions. You will be trained on how to manage your time and your sales pipeline in an effective manner that delivers consistent results. At the end of the program, you will move into an independent sales position with options for advancement.

Recommended Experience:

This role is ideal for college graduates with entry-level to three years of experience.
