Contracts Specialist

LSINC Corporation is a dynamic, innovative firm that is rapidly growing. We support commercial and federal clients with human resources, product development, engineering, strategy development, strategic communications, intelligence and counterintelligence, and security services. We are looking for creative and highly motivated individuals to join our team. Currently we are seeking a Contract Specialist.
 
General Characteristics:
The Contract Specialist administers various types of commercial and government contracts and subcontracts in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with clients, leadership and employees through all aspects of the contracting process, ensuring strict adherence to contractual requirements and organizational processes. The position can also provide assistance with compliance and training on various certifications held by LSINC.
 
Duties: 
  • Develop, analyze, and review contract packages and solicitations
  • Prepare routine responses for proposals and contract modifications
  • Identifies the Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) necessary to ensure compliance
  • Analyze contract requirements, provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and policies
  • Ensure contract review, approval and execution are in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense (DoD) Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS)
  • Monitor performance on contract and subcontracts, ensuring adherence to the terms and conditions
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure contract compliance
  • Assist in the preparation, transmission and monitoring of correspondence related to contractual obligations
  • Support proposal efforts by preparing documents, managing data calls, and other duties as needed
  • Establish and maintain contract files, perform data entry, project set up and closeouts.
  • Oversee compliance with International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR)
