Regional Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary: 
  • The Regional Marketing Coordinator will be an ambassador for Fast Pace Urgent Care and be responsible for generating community awareness about the clinics in their region by building and maintaining relationships, planning and attending events, and other marketing efforts. Core responsibilities for this position will include the enhancement of the brand in the region using marketing channels, new opportunities that develop for sponsorship by our brand, development of leads that, in turn, drives traffic to clinics, and maintaining an annual of communications and promotional items related to the Marketing budget within in each clinic. As Fast Pace is currently in a dynamic state of growth and transformation, the responsibilities may continue to evolve in order for Fast Pace to achieve its vision.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
  • Strategic planning with the Marketing Department of marketing initiatives, and responsible for implementation within the assigned region of plan. 
  • Source, plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establish leads and develop contacts through workflow and follow up of potential sales; develop schedules and assignments. 
  • Source, attend and participate in various community and industry events to promote the Fast Pace brand and initiatives, reviewing and evaluating selections and impact on business for recommendations for following marketing events. 
  • Generate and maintain relationships with our current Occupational Health partners. 
  • Prepare and present quarterly regional competitive analysis for review with senior management. 
  • Communicate with other departments when needed to provide status updates of marketing initiatives and future plans. 
  • Determine strategic sponsorship activities in region. 
  • Visit and provide selected sponsorship opportunities to schools in the assigned region to promote the Fast Pace brand and initiatives. 
  • Determine the strategic communication plan on social media and implement clinic involvement on social media accounts for the clinics in the assigned region. 
  • Determine needed amounts, Order and distribute promotional materials to area businesses, schools, and clinics in the assigned region. 
  • Maintain CRM database. 
  • Champion marketing programs and initiatives through continuous communication with regional community channels.
