Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to build and maintain a good relationship with our clients. This person needs to be empathetic and passionate about problem resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with clients and become a key contact for problem resolution and other internal requests;
  • Develop existing accounts and seek new business opportunities;
  • Assist in implementation of marketing projects and campaigns;
  • Manage and update clients’ data on the CRM system to ensure a clear status map;
  • Provide integral support to the marketing manager to handle all tasks needed.

Qualifications:
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Work experience in marketing, client management, or customer service is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills in a professional manner;
  • Excellent time management and multi-task management skills;
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Google Suite;
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin.
