Community Intern

CLLCTVE is shifting forward and growing faster every day. We’re looking for a Community Intern who can support our B2B2C community to increase customer happiness and success. You’ll work with the Community Manager to focus on account management, brand and creator matching and customer support. You’ll work to support the growth of the platform and its users, facilitate onboarding flows and utilize feedback to improve the platforms’ systems, flows and processes.

🤝 Main Responsibilities:

Opportunity Fulfillment
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager and Product Strategist to consistently improve our automated system for opportunity tracking and fulfillment
  • Utilize CLLCTVE’s internal opportunity fulfillment system to fulfill paid opportunities from brands, tapping into knowledge in data analysis and web scraping to find agile solutions for facilitating brand needs
  • Provide weekly reports on productivity + success, as well as suggestions for systems improvements
Customer Support
  • Assist with automated customer support through Intercom and facilitate onboarding processes, report customer feedback throughout to the Growth and Product teams
  • Work with the Growth Manager and Operations team to develop notification systems for creators and brands
Resource Development
  • Collaborate with the content producer to suggest content creators and brands want to see on our blog, landing page, social media, ads and more
  • Create blog posts and videos that solve for pain points gathered from users and tap into their interests, goals and values

📈 Key Performance Indicators

  • Leading KPIs
  • Sending goal amount of outreach messages per week
  • Recruiting necessary creators to fuel opportunity growth weekly
  • Fulfilling weekly opportunities within allotted timeline
  • Updating account management, CRM and creator sourcing systems daily
  • Attending daily standups, weekly assembly and reporting meetings, and additional calls as needed
  • Collecting feedback from creators throughout the sourcing and onboarding process

🥇 Requirements

  • Experience in customer support and onboarding flows
  • Experience utilizing data analysis and web scraping methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under time constraints
  • Strong project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion
  • Adaptability amidst the roadblocks and pivots that regularly occur in startup environments
  • Ability to collaborate horizontally and vertically with team members
  • Preferred: experience working within creative environments, enabling you to work with brands to best understand their creative needs and provide advice for opportunity matching and delivery

💸 Compensation

  • Compensation for this role is as follows:
  • $500 per month
  • Additional bonuses based on KPIs achieved monthly
  • Estimated time for completion of tasks each week is 15 hours per week, and you are expected to attend daily team meetings at 10am CST M-F.
  • Payments are made twice per month, on the 15th and the 30th.
