Webflow Specialist

CLLCTVE is shifting forward and growing faster every day. We’re looking for a Digital Asset Manager who can drive our web design and development strategy and execution. You’ll work with the Growth Manager, CEO and Product Strategist to create a roadmap for SEO, SEM and Content Development that enables the team to reach user activity and engagement KPIs and OKRs. You’ll work to support the growth of the platform and its users, facilitate landing and lead page development and utilize feedback to improve content development, paid advertising and lead generation.

🤝 Main Responsibilities:

Landing & lead page development
  • Utilize skills in UI/UX to manage design and development of key landing page, as well as design + dev of B2B and B2C content hubs and lead pages.
Lead gen
  • Utilize Intercom, Leadfeeder and similar tools to optimize for lead gen through the landing page.
Branding
  • Create and implement a CLLCTVE brand guide, ensuring branding is consistent across all outbound CLLCTVE materials.
Editorial
  • Create and distribute weekly newsletters to B2B, B2C and B2U communities
  • Develop and execute on SEO strategy inclusive of landing + lead pages, resources, etc
SEM
  • Utilize lead pages, landing pages and resources for the creation of paid ads (including copywriting and design for ads as well).

🥇 Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support and onboarding flows
  • UI/UX skills
  • Experience in SEO, SEM and content strategy development and execution
  • Experience utilizing data analysis to improve content and web strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under time constraints
  • Strong project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion
  • Adaptability amidst the roadblocks and pivots that regularly occur in startup environments
  • Ability to collaborate horizontally and vertically with team members

💸 Compensation

  • Compensation for this role is as follows:
  • $1,000 per month
  • Additional bonuses based on KPIs achieved monthly
  • Estimated time for completion of tasks each week is 25 hours per week, and you are expected to attend daily team meetings at 10am CST M-F.
  • Payments are made twice per month, on the 15th and the 30th.
