2022 LatinX Explore Day Programming

Vanguard’s LatinX EXPLORE Program 2022


Vanguard is excited to host our annual LatinX EXPLORE
Program (Latinx (adj.): Relating to people of Latin
American origin or descent (used as a gender-neutral or
non-binary alternative to Latino or Latina) for students.
We are proud to offer this two-day virtual program which
is designed as an experiential learning event for LatinX
students who have been historically underrepresented
in the financial services and Fintech industries.

Students will have the opportunity to:
• Learn about our unique organization and culture
• Network with Vanguard employees
• Hear from senior leaders
• Get exposed to professional development
opportunities

This opportunity is open to first and second year
students. We welcome students of all majors that
hold a 3.0 GPA or above to apply.

We look forward to an amazing program this year
and have many surprises in store for students who attend!
