Career Center Peer Educator 2025-26

Career Center Peer Educators will make presentations to UA student organizations, M - Th from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM as needed during the 2025-2026 school year. 

Presentations last from 15 to 45 minutes and audience sizes range from 10 to 100+. Presentation topics include resume writing, interviewing, networking, job-search strategies, and overview of Career Center services and resources including Handshake. Training will be provided and training time will be compensated.

If you enjoy delivering informative, engaging presentations that will help your peers achieve their career goals, consider this opportunity! Public speaking experience is valuable for many careers as well!

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Prompt, professional communication with students and UA staff
• Timely responses (within 24 hours) to messages from supervisor regarding presentation requests
• Ability to work independently (outside the office)
• Confidence speaking to groups
• Accountability
